ROBERT M. CLARK became Of Counsel to the Firm in November, 2001. Mr. Clark graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in broadcast journalism and business/finance and obtained his law degree from SMU in 1981. His early practice focused on commercial and general business litigation, including an in-house litigation counsel position with a $13 billion NYSE financial services company. In addition to litigation, Mr. Clark’s practice includes business, corporate and partnership matters, real estate and employment law.
